PLAYER REGISTRATION
WELCOME TO ALL!!!
ARLINGTON ADULT LEAGUE
GENERAL INFORMATION
Fall season:
10 games
Player fees: $38.00 per player old ID Card
40.00 per player new ID Card
Includes $20 insurance, paid once a year. Good Sept. through August
Players who do not have an ID card for this league must pay an additional $2 for the card
Referee Fees:
$55 per game
(Each team pays $25 to the center referee and $30 to one linesman)
Spring Season 2010:Same as Fall season except the Returning player fee will be $18.
New players will be $38. (plus $2 for ID card if needed)
Summer Season: 8 Games Team Fees: $320 Player Fees: Same as Spring
Game Days/Times: Over 50 Men Thursdays 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. All Coed Fridays 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m Mens Open Sundays 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Over 30 Men Sundays 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m or 5:00 p.m. Over 40 Men Sundays 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.or 5:00 p.m.
Team and player registration will be completed on line. Online registration will begin Monday, August 10th and will close Friday, August 28th. Teams will be accepted after deadline only if needed to complete a division. $200 deposit may be paid online or mailed/delivered to the ASA office. Registration is not accepted until deposit has been paid. Remaining balance of the team fee must be in the ASA office along with all player ID cards prior to September 10th at 6:00 p.m.
All players must register online and paid before placed onto their team.
Secondary team registration:
Secondary registration to play on a secondary team.
The fee for the second team registration is $24 if the player has an ID card or $26 if they do not.
Total Fees for Captain to collect: Team fee + Referee Fees
Referee fees: $550 per 10 game season. PAID IN CASH – Each team pays the referee $25 and one linesman $30. Failure to have fee within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, IN CASH, will result in forfeiture for team unable to pay. The fees will then need to be paid to the ASA office before the team can play their next game.
TEAMS MUST REGISTER A MINIMUM OF 8 PLAYERS TO BE CONSIDERED A TEAM, MAXIMUM ROSTER SIZE IS 24.
C lick ASA Adult Team Registration link Enter all players names onto Team Profile (you may come back into your account later to add players or change information by going to www.gotsport.com and log on to ‘team account’ with your uswer name and password. · You may pay the $200 deposit online or full team payment when you register or bring/mail it to the ASA office o MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO ARLINGTON SOCCER · On OR BEFORE Thursday, Sept. 10th at 6:00, bring remaining balance of team fee and all player ID cards to ASA office during our regular office hours. If player does not have a ID card bring a copy of the players drivers license and a small ID size picture.
Captains must enter ALL the players names for those players to be considered registered for their team. Individual players must pay the fee and register online before they will be added to the “official” team roster. This includes the Captains name if he is a player on the team.
Players must turn the minimum age for their league by 12/31/09.
Players may be added to the team up until October 14th for the Fall 2009 season.
A CAPTAINS MEETING WILL BE HELD TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH, AT THE ARLINGTON PUBLIC LIBRARY, SOUTHEAST BRANCH (900 SE Green Oaks), at 6:00 p.m. EACH TEAM MUST SEND A REPRESENTATIVE TO THIS MEETING.
