Spring 2010 Recreational Player and Team Registration
Recreational Player Registration Starts December 1st
Deadline to Register January 22nd
U5 thru U14 Season will kick off February
26th
U15 thru U19 Season will kick off March 27th
Very important when registering to read and answer all questions so that your player will be
placed on the right team.
If any documentation needs to be sent in to the office to complete
your registration this needs to be done before your
player is placed on a team.

Returning Player Registration
Returning players use your got soccer player login DO NOT create a new account
This way you will be assured of going back to your same team.
If you do not have your login your coach can send it to you or contact the

ACADEMY PLAYERS: A new PAL form will be needed for Fall09/Spr10
Academy ONLY players need to register online with GOT SOCCER
Once a PAL form is issued there is no refund for registration.

ASU Recreational Outside Team Registration

Volunteer Risk/Background Check
This is to be used by ALL coaches, assist. coaches, managers, referees,
association officers
or ANY adult listed on an official roster of a NTSSA youth team.

All information you enter and receive will be transferred over a secure (SSL) connection.
NTSSA requires that the risk management disclosure process be completed once per year.
After filling out the information once, you will receive a username
and password to be used in subsequent registration.
